There is a changing of the guard.
Jimmy Cochran decided to retire after many years on the World Cup. While he only joined Shred 2 years ago, he was one of the first guys to use Slytech and score WC points on it. In that sense, he was one of the early momentum builders for what has become one of the most respected protection providers in winter snow sports. For that, Jimmy, we thank you.
He sent us the following photo with a brief comment “Cool pic”.

In true Jimmy style, he didn’t say anything else. Heck, we only found out from a Ski Racing Mag article. Haha…
We didn’t speak with him yet, but it looks like he’ll be focusing on the new family business:
